There is a €75 de-installation fee to carefully remove the smart grinder and sensor equipment from your office. Equipment must be returned in good working condition, barring normal wear and tear.
Extremely secure. It uses an encrypted IoT gateway that transmits only weight and status data, requiring zero access to your company’s LAN. Your usage data is never sold or shared with third-party marketing firms.
Our general customer support and roastery are open Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. We also run a dedicated technical support desk on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM for hardware troubleshooting.

Yes. Activate “Vacation Mode” through your digital dashboard or mobile app. This pauses all automated triggers and physical deliveries until your specified return date.
